suggests that DOI look for ways to improve upon this collection of
information for both Haskell University AND SIPI. In particular
SIPI requires subannual collection of medical PII. OMB suggests
that SIPI could improve their collection of information through
this application form to reduce burden.

The annual time burden for the
Haskell application was reduced due to changes to the application
making it more efficient. Additionally, the annual cost burden was
reduced because the SIPI application does not have any costs
associated with it submission.
