Revision of a Currently Approved Form for Approval by the
Office of Management and Budget: Form EOIR-26A (Fee Waiver
Request)

Attached is the information collection request (ICR) for the Fee Waiver Request form for the
Board of Immigration Appeals, Form EOIR-26A, OMB #1125-0003, as required for certification
and submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The purpose of this form is to allow
individuals in immigration proceedings before the Board of Immigration Appeals (Board) to
request a waiver of the filing fee associated with appeals and motions before the Board. The
information is used by the Board to determine whether the filing party established his or her
inability to pay the filing fee.
