The burden contained in this information collection is attributable to the reporting, recordkeeping and disclosure burden found in CFPB Regulations B (Equal Credit Opportunity), C (Home Mortgage Disclosure), E (Electronic Funds Transfer), M (Consumer Leasing), Z (Truth in Lending), and DD (Truth in Savings), and FRB Reg CC (Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks). This ICR revises the Reg C IC to reflect the CFPB's October 28, 2015 final rule that expanded the data collected and reported under HMDA, as implemented by Regulation C and modified the types of lenders and loans covered under Regulation C.
