If you apply organic
pesticides, the WPS
applies to you.

If a pesticide has an “Agricultural Use Requirements” box, it’s subject
to the Worker Protection Standard. The WPS includes: training
your workers, keeping your workers out of areas where pesticides are
being applied and providing information about pesticide applications.
A healthier workforce means fewer absences from work and fewer
lost wages for workers. Your workers benefit and so do you.
