Justification: 2018 TRI Website Survey

Request for Approval under the “Generic Clearance for the Collection of Routine Customer Feedback” (OMB Control Number: 2010-0042)

TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Program Website Customer Satisfaction Survey

PURPOSE: To continuously improve the TRI website and ensure that through it, people can find the information they are entitled to under ECPRA and the PPA.

• To obtain user input on specific aspects of the website.

• To learn more about the information needs of the TRI website users.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: Respondents will be subscribers of the TRI Program GovDelivery email listserv. Respondents will be a mix of private citizens; local, state, tribal, and federal government representatives; industry representatives; academics; etc.
