business day, a listing of their frequency recommendations to all
other frequency coordinators in their respective pools, and, if
necessary, an engineering analysis.

The Commission is reporting
adjustments/decreases to this collection since the last submission
to OMB. There is a decrease in the total number of respondents from
15 to 13 (-2), total annual responses decreased from 3,900 to 3,380
(-520) and the total annual burden hours decreased from 1,950 to
1,690 (-260). These adjustments/decreases to this collection
reflect a decrease in the number of transactions being reported
from the last submission to OMB.
