. The Commission is reporting
adjustments to this information collection since the last
submission to OMB. There was an increase in the total number of
respondents from 53 to 93 (40 respondents) because we are counting
each operating company as a separate filing. Also, there was an
increase in the total number of annual responses from 53 to 93 (40
responses) because each operating company files once annually. We
have adjusted the burdens hours which have decreased from 1,928 to
744 (-1,184 burden hours) because carriers are now only required to
file information relating to pole attachments. Previously, carriers
were required to file three reports as part of the ARMIS 43-01,
which included substantial information regarding costs and
revenues, demand analysis, and pole attachments. Now, only the pole
attachment information is required.
