The program increased the number of respondents from 3 to 7, adding 3 importers and the Vietnamese NPPO. The most significant change is attributed to an estimate adjustment for Labeling (Business), adding responses and 2 hours of burden. Two activities have discretionary program changes attributed to additional respondent types being added to the activities with resultant increases in responses and burden. Five activities are new and not captured in previous submissions. One is for recordkeeping and the other four are below the reporting threshold but added for burden analysis.
