Under this new, one-time information collection, the Commission will collect information from interested parties seeking to initiate a challenge of one or more of the areas initially deemed ineligible for MF-II support (i.e., areas that do not appear on the Commission’s map of areas presumptively eligible for MF-II support), and from challenged parties wishing to respond to such challenges.
