This information collection supports the America's Promise Program implementation and impact evaluation. The America’s Promise program aims to create or expand regional partnerships that will identify the needs of specific industry sectors relying on the H-1B visa program to hire skilled foreign workers and prepare the domestic workforce for middle- and high-skilled, high-growth jobs in those sectors. This evaluation offers a unique opportunity to build knowledge about the implementation and effectiveness of these regional partnerships. The information collections consist of a grantee survey and a partner network survey.
