This information collection supports
the America's Promise Program implementation and impact evaluation.
The America’s Promise program aims to create or expand regional
partnerships that will identify the needs of specific industry
sectors relying on the H-1B visa program to hire skilled foreign
workers and prepare the domestic workforce for middle- and
high-skilled, high-growth jobs in those sectors. This evaluation
offers a unique opportunity to build knowledge about the
implementation and effectiveness of these regional partnerships.
The information collections consist of a grantee survey and a
partner network survey.
