There is a program change increase of +32 respondents and +9,000 responses resulting in an increase of +605 burden hours. The increase is due to adding the Foreign Government respondents for the VS-10-13 and VS 10-13A entries and also adding the Applications for Backtags from information collection 0579-0160, which is being merged into this information collection. There is an adjustment decrease of -3,600 responses resulting in a decrease of -1,800 total burden hours due to more accurate figures and less responses per respondent. In the 2013 renewal of this information collection some of the burden items were included from information collection 0579-0160; now APHIS is including all burden items from that information collection. Once 0579-0332 is approved APHIS will discontinue information collection 0579-0160.
