This non-substantive change is requested to address the sensitivity of the respondent to the current question as worded. This change will still capture the needed information regarding demographics of the target population and does not change or alter the purpose or methodology of the project. This non-substantive change will reduce the burden on respondents by approximately 15 seconds for each respondent. This will reduce the overall burden of respondents by 375 minutes.
