HEROS was put into production on March 3, 2014. As a result, HUD is now able to collect data on how many Part environmental reviews HUD completes each year, as opposed to attempting to guess. The estimated cost and hourly burden is reduced, because the previous estimates were higher than the actual numbers reflected in HEROS
