Abstract: This is a change request to merge the First Receiver elements from the West Coast Region Groundfish Trawl Fishery Monitoring and Catch Accounting Program (OMB Control Number 0648-0619) with the information collection known as the Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program Permit and License Information Collection (OMB Control Number 0648-0620). Two entries for Catch Monitoring Plans and two entries for Shorebased Scales are being moved from OMB Control Number 0648-0619 to OMB Control Number 0648-0620. It has been determined that these information collections are a better fit in OMB Control Number 0648-0620.
