Individuals living within a given
proximity to specific airports are asked to voluntarily respond to
surveys. The Federal Aviation Administration will use the
information from additional collections to supplement information
from the original collection. The completion of the original
research has led FAA to believe that additional collection may be
needed to continue to expand the understanding of the relationship
between aviation noise and individual’s reaction to noise.
