The purpose of this initiative is to evaluate the self-reported post-deployment health status of select soldiers who operated in the vicinity of Mosul, Iraq in 2004. The survey data collected will be used to compare the health of US Army personnel after deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) to that of a subset of Millennium Cohort Study participants.
