The U.S. Department of Labor’s Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) is undertaking the Evaluation of Strategies Used in the TechHire and Strengthening Working Families Initiative (SWFI) Grant Programs. The evaluation includes both implementation and impact components. In January 2018, OMB approved the baseline data collection for this evaluation (OMB 1290-0014), and now, CEO is seeking clearance for a second submission. A final, third submission is anticipated later this year.
