Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made to OMB as a non-substantive change request to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507. This submission seeks to fill in the application deadline date of Monday, June 4, 2018 on the accompanying instructions to FCC Form 5625 for OMB Control Number 3060-1241.

Summary of Proposed Updates to FCC Form 5625 Instructions

• Changes: On May 18, 2018, the Commission announced the application deadline date for this submission. In this non-substantive change, we are updating the application deadline date on the instructions for FCC Form 5625.
