Abstract: This form facilitates online registration for the Boots to Business course for eligible service members and their spouses. Short Statement: SBA has reduced the collection burden to the minimum amount of data needed to achieve its purpose. As a result, the estimated average time for a respondent to complete the collection tool has been reduced from 12 minutes to about five minutes.
