The collection will be used to collect
names, address, and phone/fax numbers from library customers. The
data will be used to locate deliver material, bill track fees, and
copyright compliance.
The number of respondents
decreased from 700 to 590, and the number of responses decreased
from 5,600 to 4,130. The burden hours decreased from 93 to 69. The
decrease is due to the availability of digital documents on the
Internet.
