APHIS is amending 7 CFR 319.56 to allow the importation of tree tomatoes from Ecuador into the continental United States. The new rule requires an estimated 688 hours of burden from the public to prepare an operational workplan, register production and packinghouse sites, conduct trapping and fruit inspections, respond to remedial measures, prepare phytosanitary certificates, and establish and maintain insect trapping and shipping records.
