Abstract: The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) is requesting a revision for the Extramural Grantee Data Collection Survey (OMB Clearance #0925-0657, exp 07/31/2018) for use by: • Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD); • National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD); • National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH); • National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS); • National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS); • National Cancer Institute (NCI); and • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This data collection effort is strictly to assess extramural community satisfaction with procedures and initiatives.
