Abstract: The HTF statute imposes a number of data collection and reporting requirements on the Department and on program participants. Information on assisted properties as well as on the owners or tenants of the properties is needed to fulfill the statutory requirements. This burden includes making the information available to HUD for monitoring the performance of the program participants and ensuring compliance with all program requirements.
