Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to provide quantitative data needed by the Department of the Army (DA), specifically the Army Marketing Research Group, on the awareness of career opportunities within government service (GS) among non-federal employees with DA/OSD designated critical skills and their interest in GS employment. This information will be used to develop and assess DA employment marketing goals and campaigns.
