I am writing to ask for your participation in a survey about your experiences with the Domestic Victims of Human Trafficking (DVHT) Program.

[GRANTEE ORGANIZATION] was awarded a cooperative agreement in 2016 by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to carry out activities under the DVHT Program.
