Abstract: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) seeks to revise Form 3203-1 ("Nomination of Lands for Competitive Geothermal Leasing") by changing Item # 4, "Amount Remitted," from 10 cents per acre to 12 cents per acre. This control number enables BLM to manage the leasing and development of geothermal resources. The BLM uses this information to approve lease activities for geothermal resource and unit agreements, process nominations for geothermal lease sales, and monitor compliance with granted approvals.
