This collection of information is
necessary in order for States and Tribes to conduct audits and
related investigations of Federal and Indian oil, gas, coal, any
other solid minerals, and geothermal royalty revenues from Federal
and Tribal leased lands. States and Tribes, who wish to perform
royalty audits and other delegated activities in cooperation with
ONRR, must submit a request to be considered for a
delegation/cooperative agreement to the ONRR Director.

renew their Delegation Agreement after it ended in September 30,
2016.
