Abstract: This is a substantive change request. NASS plans to return to collecting data on a quarterly basis. NASS will also expand the sample size in all States to allow for data for all Standard Occupational Codes (SOC) to be published on a regional and quarterly basis, rather than on an annual US basis.

Short Statement: The majority of the increase in the number of responses and burden hours is due to a change in the sample sizes and frequency of the data collection. The expected increase in funding will allow NASS to resume collecting data on a quarterly basis as well as increase the sample size to provide enough useable data to publish regional estimates rather than just US level estimates for the different SOC codes.
