Abstract: Survey of beneficiaries using and/or have used Educational Benefits administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs in order to understand benefit utilization. The respondents are individuals who have used or are using their entitlement to education assistance under chapters 30, 32, 33, and 35 of title 38, Untied States Code, to pursue a program of education or training. The feedback from the survey will assess the outcomes, situations, and decisions by the beneficiaries of the educational assistance chapters under title 38 United States Code. The results will be used to evaluate the current status of the beneficiaries and will be used to guide improvements to the process. We will then be able to measure if the improvements have a positive impact on the beneficiary experience.
