Abstract: NSF has developed a new term and condition that requires awardee organizations to report findings/determinations of sexual harassment, other forms of harassment, or sexual assault, regarding an NSF funded PI, or any co-PI. The term and condition also requires the awardee to notify NSF if it places the PI or any co-PI on administrative leave relating to a harassment finding or investigation.
