Description:
The Climate and Health Program (CHP) evaluation staff are intending to do an end-of-meeting evaluation on Day 2 of the Program's
2020 CRSCI Recipients#?? Meeting, which will take place March 10th and 11th. The information collection event is a one-time only
data collection, intended to generate feedback from attendees about the meeting so we can improve future meeting planning efforts.
The instrument has 11 questions #?? open ended and multiple choice. It will be collected live on Day 2 using PollEverywhere, and
will not take longer than 10 minutes to complete per respondent.
Goals/Purpose
The goal of this data collection event is to gather feedback on planning successes and failures for the 2020 CRSCI Recipients
Meeting. The data will be used to improve future meetings for attendees.

The data will be captured by a questionnaire, comprised of 11 multiple choice and open-ended question. Participation is voluntary
for all attendees, and no personally identifiable information will be collected.

this data and make it available for use by all CHP staff members for future meeting planning efforts.
