Abstract: HUD’s Office of Native American Programs (ONAP) provides contractor-delivered training and technical assistance to recipients of Indian Housing Block Grant funds on the requirements of activities funded by the program. ONAP relies on the Training and Technical Assistance Form (HUD-5879) to collect information on the effectiveness and utility of training and technical assistance and the contractors who deliver these services.
