OGE has updated the estimated average time required to complete the form from three hours to ten hours. The increase is not a result of any proposed changes to the form. Rather, OGE’s subject matter experts have noted in recent years an increase in the complexity of financial information provided by many filers. Therefore, OGE has revised its estimate to more accurately reflect the actual time burden required to provide the information required.
