The Employment and Training
Administration is requiring employers of open range sheepherders
and goatherders in the H-2A visa program to maintain records of
when the foreign workers are on the open range and when they are
working on the ranch or farm.

The estimated burden hours
increased because the number of employers participating in the
program increased. The previous burden was calculated in 2015 and
reflected the lower rate of participation.
