Abstract: The Commission is submitting a non-substantive change request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). FCC is requesting approval for e-mail to be a mandatory data element collected via FCC form 160, OMB Control Number 3060-0917, Cores Registration Form and FCC Form 161, OMB Control Number, 3060-0918, Cores Update/Change Form to improve security and streamline our automated procedures for creating FCC Registration Accounts and resetting the associated password. This information will be used for a standard data repository for entity name, address, Taxpayer Identification Number telephone number, email, fax, contact representative, contact representative address, telephone number, email and fax. The Commission Registration System (CORES) will assign each entity doing business with the Commission a FCC Registration Number (FRN). The purpose of this FRN is for collecting and reporting on any delinquent amounts arising out of such person's relationship with the FCC. The respondents are anyone doing business with the FCC.
