NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST

Resulting from VAAR proposed rule RIN 2900-AP81, this submission seeks to re-designate, renumber, and retitle two of the six clauses. The IC burdens remain unchanged:

• Renumber and retitle Clause 852.236-82, Payments Under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts (without NAS), including Supplement I (which will be renamed as “Alternate I”) to Clause 852.232-70, Payments Under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts (Without NAS-CPM)

• Renumber and retitle Clause 852.236-83, Payments Under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts (with NAS), including Supplement I (which will be renamed as “Alternate I”) to Clause 852.232-71, Payments Under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts (Including NAS-CPM)

The renumber and retitle of the two clauses noted above are more appropriately reflect the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and VAAR arrangement.
