This is a request for revision of a currently approved collection. Based on respondent reports of burden estimates, the agency made an adjustment in time required per response from 2.50 to 8 (rounded up from 7.7) hours resulting in an increase of estimated burden hours from 100 to 270 (rounded up from 269.5.) The borrowers contacted felt that in the previous estimates the background preparatory work required to fill out the form was not fully represented in the estimates, which has been accounted for in this current collection cycle.
