Information collected on RUS Form 300
provides for a periodic operations and maintenance review and is an
effective means for the Agency to monitor and determine whether the
borrowers' systems are being properly operated and maintained,
thereby protecting the loan collateral.
This is a request for extension
of a currently approved collection. Based on the number of
respondents decreasing to 156 from 208, there is a difference of 52
respondents per year and a reduction of 208 burden hours. The
decrease in respondent number is due to the Electric Program
changing the Operation & Maintenance Review period from 3 to 4
years
