Short Statement: This request for renewal reflects increases of one respondent, 1,259 responses, and 631 hours, attributable to refined estimates where the foreign government or businesses were added as respondent types to existing activities. Three new activities not previously reported were also added to this information collection. Application for Permit to Import Plants and Plant Products (PPQ Form 587), Notice of Arrival (PPQ Form 368), and Emergency Action Notification (PPQ Form 523) add 3 responses and 3 hours of burden.
