Dear:
The CDC’s Division of Violence Prevention (DVP) seeks to continually improve and update the VetoViolence website. DVP is soliciting your input and feedback to learn more about what works well and what does not regarding its tools. This information will help us improve the VetoViolence website.
We would like you to participate in a customer satisfaction survey that will last approximately 30 minutes and can be conducted from the comfort of your own office or home. Participation is voluntary, and no personally identifiable information will be collected. Should you agree to take part in the survey, you will receive a link to the survey from Alan Williams at Banyan Communications ([email protected]).
Your participation will help make DVP’s violence prevention resources, trainings, and tools better for you and the larger violence prevention field. We look forward to your response and potential participation.
Thank you for considering our invitation to participate,
