Title II of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 mandates a National Assessment of Adult Education. As part of the assessment, ED is conducting an implementation study of adult education programs. The implementation study will include a survey of state directors of adult education, a survey of local providers of adult education, and analyses of extant data.
