Use of Locomotive Train Horns at Highway-Rail Grade Crossings

This submission is a request for a non-substantive change to the previously approved number of responses and number of burden hours for this information collection due to a math mistake in adding the totals. The number of responses previously approved was 4,001 responses when the correct total should have been 4,000 responses. The number of burden hours previously approved was 9,176 hours when the correct total should have been 9,174 hours. Thus, adjustments decreased the number of responses by one (1) and decreased the number of hours by two (2).
