Men and women age 18 and older will be asked questions about their health and injuries they may have experienced. The data we are collecting are very important, and will be used to inform prevention efforts. The survey will take approximately 25 minutes, on average. Since some of the questions are personal, we suggest that you be in a private setting during the survey.
