Short Statement: The estimated burden hours associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N-8B 2 has increased from the current allocation of 10 hours to 16.67 hours, an increase of 6.67 hours. This increase is due to the staff’s estimate of the time costs that would result from our proposed amendments to Form N-8B-2 for UIT-ETFs. The estimated cost burden associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N 8B 2 has not changed.
