There is an adjustment to be reported, due to the increase burden hours from 98,655 to 106,244 (increase of 7,589 hours) because of the increase in the complexity of coding the FARS cases along with a flux in the number of fatal crashes. The respondents also encountered a $100,000.00 increase towards overhead cost.
