The Information contained in the report is intended to assess compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements. The reports have been used by the FCC, Congress, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, EEOC, NTIA, public interest groups and carrier representatives.

We have adjusted the total number of respondents, total annual responses and total annual burden hours to 1,315 from 780 (+535) which are based on the total 2018 filings received in WC Docket No. 16-233. There are no program changes.
