There is an adjustment decrease of -5 respondents and an increace of +38 responses resulting in an increase of + 703 burden hours. The adjustment is due to APHIS having an accurate count of facilities that are applying for certification and a more accurate respresentation of respondents. Even though the respondents decreased in some areas, they increased in others cause the number of responses and burden hours to increase.
