presentations, informational interviews).
CPFP SD reviews, provides feedback,
and approves

Fellow reports the results of their SDL
experiences through an online form and
during a one-on-one interview with their
CPFP SD

June: Introduce

Fellow attends session during an
Orientation, which outlines SDLP
justification, summarizes learning
methodology, and addresses questions

Fellow reviews results of selfassessment during a one-on-one
meeting with CPFP Scientific Director
(SD). Learning goals will be identified in
the following categories: CPFP required
goals, SD recommended goals, and
personal goals

Working with CPFP Staff, Fellow
registers for learning events and
purchases learning materials. Fellow
completes all elements on Fellow
Learning Plan
