Short Statement: The adjustments resulted in a total increase (approximately $14,000) based on the BLM's 2020 Cost Recovery Schedule which is currently $130 in fixed application processing fees, and a decrease in processing fees from $80 to $0 for State and local governments. The increase in burden hours for the Private Sector/Typical respondents from 1 to 4 hours resulted in the 858 hours of increased burden.
