Short Statement: This collection is being revised to include additional questions for visa applicants. As a result of these additions, the Department is increasing its burden estimate by 35 minutes to accommodate the additional time a visa applicant will spend completing the collection. The additional information could reasonably lead to information about whether the applicant is eligible for a visa, including resolving the identity of an applicant.
